KAM QAH 013 – KAMMAC SKELMERSDALE M58
Introduction
Good hygiene is essential for safe food. Failure to follow simple hygiene rules could cause considerable damage to the Company and can seriously harm people by introducing food poisoning bacteria or other micro-organisms. Foreign matter within the food can also kill or injure. For these reasons, good hygiene practices must always be carried out whenever we are in the production and storage areas.
These rules are designed to help prevent the contamination of products and must be obeyed if the Company is to comply with the Food Safety Act 1995, the Food hygiene Regulations 1976 & to maintain its position in the market and continue to grow.
Non-compliance with these standards may result in disciplinary action. These rules have been prepared with YOUR safety in mind.
